Your Deposit Locks-In your time and date specifically for you (Monday- Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM)  As a Home Health & Hospice Nurse, my schedule allows me to schedule Botox Appointments accordingly.  I will no longer be taking Walk-Ins. 


The price is $13/Unit. 

Minimum 20 Units = $260
